Not only is pole fitness fun and a new style of aerobics; but it also helps boost your self esteem, slim down your waist line, and builds your confidence. It also allows you to meet new people who share the same interests as you, while enhancing your body both physically and mentally. Pretty much after this, I decided to explore different pole studios and this by far is still my favorite and still my home studio. Pole aerobics classes helps tighten your upper and lower abs, thighs, and arms. The facility was nice, clean, and private, and I felt totally comfortable in there!
