30 Sep I'm on my third laptop in 5 years (Gateway, Dell, HP), and now this one is failing. The wireless keeps going out. It's one year old. I'm sending.

Description:It, quite frankly, is not a good device and somewhat difficult to work with. I like the Dell I have now and would buy from them again in future. Worked great and I felt it was value for the money. If you want perfection, you need a single company to design everything from touchpad on up. No matter how much demanding programs I have, I clearly dont' have to worry about heat issues Customizability: This worked perfectly well in the desktop market, and for many years it worked well in laptops, too. This was a headache.
